Used the “Click and Collect” option for pick up at Robroyston. What an absolute farce! Normally I pick up at Bishopbriggs where you pull in, scan a barcode, and a few minutes later somebody brings out your shopping. Robroyston.....No! You park in the click and collect bay which is at the furthest possible point from the store, then discover that there is no way to alert staff to your presence. Had to take all three of my very young children out of the car, walk them right across the car park, and the had to wait for somebody at the kiosk to become free so that I could let them know I was there. Then had to wait an absolute age in store, before finally being escorted back out to the car! This is the most inconvenient process, made worse by being located in the most inconvenient part of the car park. Robroyston, you should just pack in this “service” unless you can get it up to par with other stores.

On Sunday 1st April 2018 the Blue Knights International Motorcycle Club held their 13th Annual Easter Egg run in aid of "CHAS" and to support Robin House Childrens Hospice in Balloch, Scotland. Asda Robroyston supplied 3 shopping trollies full of Easter Eggs for the kids. This was an act of extraordinary generosity and kindness by the management and staff of the store and helped us give some very sick children a little happiness and joy in their final few months of life. THANK YOU ASDA ROBROYSTON.....

Staff are usually really friendly and the shop floor staff are very helpful. Range of products from food to household goods and clothes is excellent. Huge car park although getting out at peak times can be difficult. Queues inside are frequently 3 or 4 people long, however there are self checkout facilities. There are escalators and a lift in store, a foreign currency counter, self service petrol station, pharmacy and a cafe.

Worst chemist in Goasgow That is the second time I go there there is a girl on the counter that makes fun of you private health problem You hear them laughing when sharing it with the chemist and worst then that, the staff come round to see who she has been talking about You should feel easy to talk to chemist to bring a girl that thinks dirty pass own even wrong information is disgusting I had to ask for the chemist herself directly a shorter Asian lady and put my case forward before they took me on and dealt with my problem.. Very wrong and the chemist should nit tolerate such nonesence be very careful who they employ As Asda should be ashamed Asda should be ashamed
