  Bought a 2015 Audi, got promised that the scratches will be fixed and mats will be changed as they weren't original audi mats. However after we bought the car when we went back to get the damages fixed a good job wasn't done and got told that the mats could not be changed eventhough it can be a safety issue for the pedals. Really unhappy with the service and wouldn't have invested in such an expensive car if we knew it was going go be this problematic.
